About the role
- Support in creating video content for social media and campaigns
- Work with After Effects and Premiere Pro — from editing and animation to final polishing
- Collaborate in developing creative video formats and concepts
- Adapt content for different channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Research trends in video, marketing, and AI
- Assist on shoots with clients in Berlin and, if needed, elsewhere — by arrangement
Requirements
- Confident proficiency with Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Interest in marketing trends, social media, and video communication
- Initial experience with AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT)
- Independent, creative working style and enjoyment of experimenting
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or social media ads (nice to have)
- Residence in Berlin required — hybrid collaboration
- Very good German language skills
