About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers
  • Own technical delivery — scoping, sprint planning, risk management, and on-time execution of product features
  • Set and uphold engineering standards: code quality, architecture patterns, testing, and security best practices
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to break down product requirements into clear engineering tasks
  • Drive system design decisions and technical architecture for the super app platform
  • Build and scale a high-performing engineering team
  • Establish and monitor engineering KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in an engineering management
  • Proven experience delivering consumer-facing mobile or web apps at scale
  • Strong technical background in NodeJs
  • Experience managing end-to-end delivery across product squads in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, API integrations, and third-party service orchestration
