Lead Product Manager
Digital ZoneLead Product Manager at DigitalZone shaping the Super App for payments and user integration. Driving product vision and execution in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the DigitalZone Super App, covering payments, user accounts, loyalty, and integrations with TicketZone and Rahal.
- Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company OKRs and market opportunities.
- Lead discovery and prioritization through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
- Write clear, actionable PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
- Define and track key product KPIs including conversion rates, DAU/MAU, payment success rates, and user retention.
- Identify integration opportunities and dependencies across TicketZone, Rahal, and DigitalZone products.
- Manage external vendor and partner relationships where applicable.
- Champion a culture of experimentation — running A/B tests, iterating rapidly, and learning from data.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a high-performing product team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
- Experience building consumer-facing apps at scale, ideally in payments, super apps, or marketplace platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder roadmaps with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first product design and UX principles.
