About the role

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify digital optimization opportunities.
  • Develop tailored digitalization strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
  • Support automation efforts, including workflow customization, API integrations, and data management.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through solution-oriented consulting.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
  • A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to understand customer pain points and guide them through digital change.
  • Prior experience working with or within sales organizations is a strong plus, to consult our Clients on Sales Processes.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
  • Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management approaches.
  • Ability to engage with clients and team members at different levels.
  • Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
