About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project management and logistical support for multiple research hubs and studies
- Support operations of complex research projects and assist in data management
- Build relationships with external collaborators and team members
- Maintain meeting agendas and follow up on action items
- Participate in research activities including developing protocols and conducting interviews
- Support project-related communication and deliverables
- Organize and execute project events and track project milestones
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Education, Evaluation, Public Health, Psychology or a related discipline, or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in research and/or project management in educational projects
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Experience conducting research in postsecondary education institutions and/or collecting and analyzing educational data
- Demonstrable ability to communicate in written and verbal formats with various roles
- Creativity and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
- Familiarity with digital learning systems and implementation in educational settings
- Proficiency with technical tools and platforms including Google Docs, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, Asana, and Qualtrics
