Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong instructional-design / learning-science foundation
Demonstrated experience converting in-person training into digital and e-learning formats
Experience designing modular, competency-based curricula or learning systems
Portfolio of learning artifacts created
Credible working proficiency with current AI tools and concepts
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple language
Content creation and writing strength
Experience designing for adult and informal learners
Experience working with diverse and underserved learners
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
