About the role

  • Technical design: Create detailed concepts for features and system integrations for clients
  • Requirements analysis: Independently conduct technical workshops
  • Interface management: Design ERP, PIM and CRM integrations
  • Client consulting & rebriefing: Serve as the primary contact for clients and prepare rebriefings
  • Project planning: Independently produce project plans
  • Budgeting: Coordinate budgeting together with the Sales and Project Management teams
  • Market monitoring: Evaluate third‑party systems and tools
  • Quality assurance: Test and approve all tickets together with the Dev and PM teams
  • Documentation: Consolidate all emails and documents into tickets and the Google Drive project folder

Requirements

  • Multi-platform expertise: Deep knowledge of various shop systems and modern e‑commerce architectures
  • Performance: Understanding of the scalability of shop systems
  • Enterprise integration: Experience with cloud infrastructures and complex system landscapes
  • Business impact: Ability to assess TCO, ROI and the business implications of technical decisions
  • Innovation: Identify and evaluate new technologies for the dmf portfolio
