About the role

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex product development and MarTech projects
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor integrating strategic thinking and technological insights
  • Support pre-sales and proposal development with strong technical and strategic input.

Requirements

  • Strong background in software and product development
  • Experience translating complex technical topics into clear, actionable work packages
  • Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including: Version control (Git)
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • API design
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Data architecture and integration patterns
  • Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Nice to have: Experience with MarTech platforms, data analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Vertex, BigQuery, Snowflake, Adobe Experience Cloud), or AI-driven solutions.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) mandatory.
