About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies across regional operations
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives
Build and maintain a network of candidates and industry contacts
Prepare and publish job advertisements across appropriate channels and platforms
Coordinate internal job postings and employee referral activities
Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment verification processes
Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking data
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mid Level role
Experience managing the full recruitment cycle
Experience sourcing and hiring candidates across different countries or regions
Experience recruiting IT or technical roles is preferred, but not required
Professional English experience including interviews, emails, meetings, and stakeholder communication
Ability to develop short-term and long-term recruitment strategies
Strong business understanding
Creativity
Strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider talent community
