About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Exciting projects with leading banks
Advising and supporting our clients in agile IT projects
Analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potential and developing innovative solutions
Designing customer applications (user stories), planning and executing projects
Embedded in client project teams: Project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site at the client, otherwise remote

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of professional and project experience in IT projects for banks, asset managers or fintechs
Very good knowledge of securities products and processes
Strong methodological skills, with a focus on agile development
Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to interact on equal terms with business and IT stakeholders
Team player, client-oriented and willing to help shape the firm in a boutique consultancy, not just execute projects
Very good German (at least C1 level) and strong written and spoken English skills.
