About the role

  • Exciting projects with renowned banks and insurance companies
  • Consulting and supporting our clients in agile IT projects (focus on securities)
  • Analysis of business processes, identification of optimization potential, and development of solution concepts
  • Design of customer applications (user stories), planning and execution of projects
  • Integration into client project teams: project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site at the client, otherwise remote

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, fintech, an agency, a stock exchange, or a bank
  • Experience implementing agile IT & digital projects; experience in the securities domain
  • Strong technical background, technical understanding, or programming skills
  • Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector
  • High result orientation and willingness to perform
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Desire to help grow the company itself in a small boutique consultancy alongside client work
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team player, independent working style, and strong customer focus
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
