About the role
- Continue developing the eCommerce business in France
- Reorganize the digital teams
- Collaborate with the European headquarters in Germany
- Develop omnichannel capabilities
- Strengthen a results-driven culture
- Ensure a successful transfer of eCommerce operations back to France
- Implement initial actions
- Build the eCommerce roadmap
- Continue growing revenue and improving profitability
- Manage the eCommerce business in France end-to-end (360°)
- Ensure coordination with other teams
- Manage the team
- Oversee the eCommerce P&L
Requirements
- Experience managing a small team within a large B2C eCommerce business (revenue > €5M)
- Hands-on experience across P&L, strategy, operations, project management, acquisition, merchandising, conversion, logistics, omnichannel and marketplaces
- Comfortable working in matrix and international organizations
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of German is a plus
