About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit participants while providing high-quality, professional, and empathetic service
Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls from potential participants
Conduct telephone pre-screening of participants and schedule appointments
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
Participate in recruitment activities (fairs, booths, phone campaigns, inquiries, presentations)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational or college diploma; member of OIIAQ or OIIQ
Experience in cardiology/pulmonology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
Strong customer service skills
Organized, able to manage priorities, and capable of working under pressure
Resourceful, autonomous, and proactive
Comfortable working with multiple applications and computer systems
