About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Account management for our top Amazon Vendor clients such as Villeroy & Boch, Gira, GROHE, and many others!
  • Independent management of national and international clients with Amazon projects in Germany (DE), France (FR), Italy (IT), Spain (ES), the United Kingdom (UK), and emerging Amazon markets
  • Conducting annual Amazon review meetings on behalf of our clients
  • C‑level account management with a strong focus on solution-oriented consulting
  • Advising clients on optimizing their Amazon strategies and activities — providing both operational and strategic support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience as an Amazon Vendor Account Manager, Key Account Manager, sales representative, E‑Commerce Manager, or in a comparable role
  • Important: You have driven business development and are familiar with topics such as annual review meetings, Amazon commercial terms/pricing, logistics, product onboarding/listing, etc.
  • You are passionate about e‑commerce, Amazon, and account management
  • You enjoy diving into problems and independently developing suitable solution concepts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership of your clients while a team is available to support you
  • Strong affinity for e‑commerce and the online world, especially the Amazon platform
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and can organize your tasks autonomously
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call a client
  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
