About the role

  • Account management for our top Amazon Vendor clients such as Villeroy & Boch, Gira, GROHE, and many others!
  • Independently manage national and international clients with Amazon projects in DE, FR, IT, ES, UK and emerging Amazon marketplaces
  • Conduct annual Amazon review meetings on behalf of our clients
  • C‑level account management with a high degree of solution expertise
  • Advise clients on optimizing their Amazon strategies and activities — providing both operational and strategic support

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an Amazon Vendor Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Representative, E‑Commerce Manager, or a comparable qualification
  • Important: You have developed the business and are familiar with annual reviews, Amazon terms and conditions, logistics, product listings, etc.
  • You are passionate about e‑commerce, Amazon, and account management
  • You enjoy digging into problems and independently developing appropriate solution concepts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you are responsible for your clients while having a supporting team available
  • Strong affinity for e‑commerce topics, the online world, and the Amazon platform in particular
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You work independently, in a structured and solution‑oriented way and can organize your tasks autonomously
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • You are comfortable picking up the phone and calling clients
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
