About the role

  • Pedagogical care — supporting and accompanying male children and adolescents according to their individual needs
  • Design and implementation of the pedagogical concept and coordination of services

Requirements

  • Educational qualification: e.g., qualified educator (Erzieher), curative education nurse (Heilerziehungspfleger), or a degree in social work, social pedagogy or equivalent
  • Experience in the residential (inpatient) sector, especially with traumatized children and adolescents
  • Willingness to work shift patterns including 24-hour shifts and to take on responsibility
  • Clear communication and a professional demeanor within the team and when interacting with external agencies
  • Familiarity with documentation and reporting
