About the role
- Independently plan, accompany and implement projects in close coordination with executive management
- Project work in areas including Occupational Health Management, rehabilitative care (inpatient and day-care), digitalization and software migrations
- Further develop Occupational Health Management (BGM), including coordinating and leading the BGM working group for our outpatient and inpatient senior services
- Plan and deliver internal training programs for employee workplace health promotion (BGF)
- Contribute to project-related grant management, e.g., for funding applications, project documentation and expenditure reports
- Support executive management in day-to-day operations as well as administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements
- Degree in health sciences, nursing or a comparable program related to the described field – alternatively several years of relevant professional experience in comparable roles
- Experience in project management, ideally including independent implementation of projects in organizations or institutions within the social and healthcare sector
- Experience in Occupational Health Management (BGM) and in designing and delivering workplace health promotion (BGF) measures
- Knowledge of grant/funding management or experience in applying for, documenting and accounting for funded projects is desirable
- Confident use of digital tools and an affinity for digital work, e.g., for process optimization, project documentation and digital projects
- Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and a willingness to innovate
