About the role

  • Drafting and publishing job advertisements in consultation with the facility managers
  • Reviewing and pre-screening applications
  • Initial communication with applicants
  • Analyzing and optimizing the recruiting process
  • Requesting personnel/staffing approvals
  • Cooperating with universities of applied sciences and participating in information events
  • Supporting employees returning from parental leave
  • Other administrative duties

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, a comparable qualification with professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt well to new situations
  • Team player (m/f/d), resilient in challenging situations and able to support facility managers in the recruiting process
  • Open and enthusiastic about new projects, bringing creative ideas
