About the role
- Intensive care and support for children and adolescents in the intensive pedagogical residential group
- Planning and leading recreational and experiential education activities
- Collaborative teamwork and peer consultation
- Implementing induction/onboarding plans
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy with state recognition, or completed training as an Educator (Erzieher*in) or Curative Education Nurse (Heilerziehungspfleger*in) with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Active and enthusiastic about sports- and adventure-based educational projects in nature
- Class B driver’s license (for use of the service vehicle during working hours)
- Commitment to the Christian values upheld by our diaconal organization
