About the role
- Manage the nursing process: planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation of nursing interventions in compliance with quality and care standards
- Close collaboration within the nursing team and with management
- Informing and advising relatives
- Use of the Vivendi care management software
Requirements
- Qualified nurse (completed vocational training)
- Further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist or currently undertaking such training
- Interest in professional development
- Empathy and genuine enjoyment in working with older adults
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- Ideally experience with the Vivendi care software
- Identification with the values of the diaconal mission
