About the role
- You are responsible for organizing and structuring the special education/pedagogical work with individual clients and the overall group
- The focus is on fostering independence and supporting personality development, as well as providing assistance with placement into the primary labour market
- Crisis intervention in difficult life situations
Requirements
- You have professional experience, especially in residential care, and an interest in intercultural work
- The ability to work independently and flexibly is required
- You are resilient in crisis situations
- You are willing to participate in supervision and further training
- A valid driving licence (Class B) is required
