About the role
- Counseling and support for people with mental illnesses and their relatives in the city and district of Hof
- Qualified referral to further support services
- Cooperation with the region's gerontopsychiatric network
- Collaboration with other institutions, physicians, clinics and public authorities
- Participation in mobile crisis intervention in accordance with the Bavarian PsychKHG
Requirements
- Experience working with people with mental illnesses
- Knowledge of psychiatric disorders
- Experience in psychosocial crisis intervention
- Qualification in crisis intervention in accordance with the new Bavarian PsychKHG
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, resilience in crisis situations, and willingness to participate in teamwork, supervision and continuing professional development are required
