About the role

  • Plan, implement and review educational, pedagogical and daily living measures
  • Support and implementation of healthcare provision
  • Maintain pedagogical documentation
  • Deliver skills training and recreational activities
  • Cooperate with the justice system, participate in detention reviews and court proceedings, and take part in the assistance planning process
  • Prepare reports and statements for youth welfare offices and courts

Requirements

  • Completed training as a state-certified educator or special needs care worker (m/f/d)
  • Experience in residential youth welfare is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Valid Class B driving licence
  • Clean enhanced criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months)
  • Proof of measles vaccination (in accordance with the Measles Protection Act)
