About the role
- General administrative duties, e.g. correspondence with relatives, long-term care insurance funds, health insurers and social services, and telephone support
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Cash management as well as various billing and accounting tasks
- Resident administration and maintenance of the IT system (entry of master data and billing-relevant data)
- Ordering supplies
- Preparing statistics and reports in cooperation with the facility management and nursing management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field, ideally as a clerk in healthcare administration
- Confident user of the MS Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Organizational skills, verbal fluency, a confident manner and the ability to work independently
