About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise & inspire: You visit our customers and provide individual consultation on innovative hearing solutions. Don’t worry — we’ll train you thoroughly!
- Make customers happy: You look after existing customers, conduct feedback discussions and proactively ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships: You build long-term customer relationships and, through personal support, make customers feel well cared for.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in healthcare, e.g. as a medical assistant (MFA), registered nurse, nursing assistant or a comparable qualification — career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome!
- Enjoyment of personal customer contact and an interest in consulting and sales (career changers with health‑care or sales experience are very welcome!)
- Empathetic personality, strong communication skills and enthusiasm
- Independent working style and willingness to learn about innovative technologies
