- You visit our customers and provide individual advice on innovative hearing solutions.
- You look after existing customers, conduct feedback conversations and actively ensure their satisfaction.
- You build long-term customer relationships and, through personal care, make sure customers feel well looked after with us.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in healthcare, e.g. as a medical assistant (MFA), qualified nurse, nursing assistant, or a comparable qualification — career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome!
- Enjoyment of personal customer contact and an interest in advisory and sales roles (career changers with healthcare or sales experience are warmly welcome!)
- Empathetic personality, strong communication skills and enthusiasm
- Independent working style and willingness to learn about innovative technologies
