About the role
- You visit our customers and provide individualized consultations on innovative hearing solutions.
- You look after existing customers, conduct feedback conversations, and actively ensure their satisfaction.
- You build long-term customer relationships and, through personal care, ensure customers feel well looked after.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in healthcare, e.g., as a medical assistant (MFA), registered nurse, nursing assistant, or a comparable qualification — career changers with relevant professional experience are welcome!
- Enjoy working with customers and an interest in consulting and sales (career changers with healthcare or sales experience are welcome!)
- Empathetic personality, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Independent working style and a willingness to learn and work with innovative technologies
