- Advise & Inspire: You visit our customers and provide individualized advice on innovative hearing solutions. Don’t worry — we provide comprehensive training!
- Make customers happy: You manage existing customers, conduct feedback conversations, and proactively ensure their satisfaction.
- Foster relationships: You build long-term customer relationships and, through personal care, ensure customers feel well looked after.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in healthcare, e.g. as a medical assistant (MFA), qualified nurse, nursing assistant, or a comparable qualification — career changers with relevant professional experience are also very welcome!
- Enjoyment of face-to-face customer contact and an interest in consultation and sales (career changers with healthcare or sales experience encouraged to apply!)
- Empathetic personality, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Independent working style and willingness to learn and work with innovative technologies
