About the role
- Advise & inspire: You will visit our customers and provide tailored advice on innovative hearing solutions. Don’t worry — we provide intensive training!
- Make customers happy: You will care for existing customers, conduct feedback conversations, and proactively ensure their satisfaction.
- Build relationships: You will establish long-term customer relationships and, through personal support, ensure that customers feel well taken care of.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in healthcare, e.g., as a medical assistant (MFA), nursing professional, nursing assistant, or an equivalent qualification — career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome!
- Enjoy direct customer contact and have an interest in consulting and sales (career changers with healthcare or sales experience are welcome!)
- Empathetic personality, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Independent working style and a willingness to learn about innovative technologies
