About the role
- You will visit our customers and provide individual advice on innovative hearing solutions.
- You will manage existing customers, conduct feedback conversations, and actively ensure their satisfaction.
- You will build long-term customer relationships and, through personal care, ensure customers feel well looked after.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in healthcare, e.g. as a medical assistant (MFA), registered nurse, nursing assistant, or a comparable qualification – career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome!
- Enjoyment of personal customer contact and an interest in consulting and sales (career changers with healthcare or sales experience are warmly welcome!)
- Empathetic personality, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Independent working style and willingness to learn and work with innovative technologies
