About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise network solutions.
Lead medium to large customer engagements.
Perform network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and remediation activities.
Create implementation plans and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot complex wired, wireless, routing, and switching issues.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
Contribute to technical standards and best practices.
Stay current on networking and security technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years focused on enterprise networking.
Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
Experience with switching, routing, wireless, and troubleshooting.
Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
PowerShell, Python, or automation experience preferred.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
Professional Certifications Preferred (Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE Aruba Certified Professional)
