About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise network solutions under the guidance of senior engineers or project leads.
Independently complete defined workstreams within smaller customer engagements while escalating design or scope decisions as needed.
Assist with network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and remediation activities.
Contribute to implementation plans, configuration documentation, and as-built materials.
Troubleshoot wired, wireless, routing, and switching issues with appropriate support for complex escalations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
Experience with switching, routing, wireless, and troubleshooting.
Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
PowerShell, Python, or automation experience preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively within consulting teams.
Professional Certifications Preferred: Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE Aruba Certified Professional.
