About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise network solutions under the guidance of senior engineers or project leads.
- Independently complete defined workstreams within smaller customer engagements while escalating design or scope decisions as needed.
- Assist with network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and remediation activities.
- Contribute to implementation plans, configuration documentation, and as-built materials.
- Troubleshoot wired, wireless, routing, and switching issues with appropriate support for complex escalations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
- Experience with switching, routing, wireless, and troubleshooting.
- Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
- PowerShell, Python, or automation experience preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within consulting teams.
- Professional Certifications Preferred: Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE Aruba Certified Professional.
