About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and support identity and access management solutions for customer environments.
Independently deliver smaller projects, assessments, health checks, and remediation engagements.
Support medium and large projects under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Architects.
Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings.
Conduct identity assessments and health checks.
Document findings and recommendations.
Assist with remediation planning and implementation activities.
Configure and deploy identity solutions.
Perform migrations, upgrades, and tenant integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Support testing, validation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and customer deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in the IT industry with experience supporting identity and access management technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
Exposure to Okta or other enterprise identity platforms preferred.
Experience implementing or supporting MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity-related technologies.
Experience with PowerShell or other automation technologies preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Demonstrated customer service and consultative skills.
