About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full technical control of missions and support the functional environment
Design architecture, support staffing, delegate and prioritise work to ensure project success
Adapt to project shifts and navigate complex organisational landscapes autonomously
Support financial aspects of projects and missions to keep delivery within scope and budget
Act as a recognised domain expert and point of reference across the group
Design highly scalable and resilient solutions using Java, .Net or Python and modern architectures and patterns
Deploy solutions on Azure, GCP or AWS
Promote quality management principles, processes and tools
Understand client needs and provide solutions that create a competitive edge
Build long-lasting client relationships and influence strategic decisions
Lead complex sales proposals, negotiations and technical pre-sales activities
Propose improvements to client organisations and processes
Identify project roadblocks and craft robust, scalable solutions
Analyse project risks and implement action plans
Lead high-level workshops and meetings in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Coach internal Devoteam staff and third parties at client sites
Assimilate new technologies and methodologies and foster learning
Drive training activities and broaden professional development for the consultant community
Communicate Devoteam’s strategy and values to clients and internal collaborators
Participate in recruitment interviews and cooptation
Maintain internal networks and contribute to technical and methodological communities and service-offer development

Requirements

What you’ll need

More than 7 years designing highly scalable and resilient solutions
Extensive solution architecture experience with a proven track record leading complex digital transformations
Experience with Java, .Net or Python
Experience with modern architectures and main patterns
Extensive experience deploying on Azure, GCP or AWS
Impactful public speaking skills
Ability to federate and convince stakeholders in challenging environments
Good English at minimum B2 level
Advanced spoken and written English
Ability to inspire others, identify individual strengths and build high-performing teams
Strong understanding of the strategic and practical ramifications of technical decisions
