About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a catalyst for organizational agility, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile transformation
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across distributed teams
Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team productivity
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage sprint backlogs and ensure proper prioritization
Monitor team velocity, burndown charts, and analyze performance metrics
Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalation issues to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
GCP Experience
Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms)
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence without authority
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
Proven experience working with nearshore or distributed teams across multiple time zones
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Experience in identifying and resolving team conflicts and organizational challenges
Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives and change management
Preferred: Advanced Agile certifications (SAFe, PSM II, or equivalent) or background in software development and technology-driven organizations
