Collaborate on specification and writing of business requirements
Establish design of new solutions to meet project requirements
Animate business workshops to introduce standard Workday approaches and explain processes
Monitor new Workday features, analyse relevance, and propose updates
Organise internal training sessions and maintain internal knowledge documentation
Suggest improvements and optimisations for Workday implementation, business processes and roles
Co-animate ambassadors community meetings and maintain training materials
Provide level 3 support for specific processes and maintain related service catalogue
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of Workday security roles (Must)
Knowledge of compensation and advanced compensation (Nice)
Familiarity with Workday best practices
Experience with EIBs
Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets
Fluency in English (essential)
Proven ability to animate workshops and training sessions
Excellent written communication skills with focus on pedagogy and clarity
Proactive, rigorous, and quality-oriented mindset
Strong technical and functional background in Workday
