About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria across all stages of the migration.
Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring time, quality, and value realization goals are met.
Govern collaboration between Managed Service Providers, Web Platform Teams, and various Business Areas to ensure alignment.
Ensure all platform foundations are future-proof, following AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, and cloud security standards.
Oversee budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency management while driving standardization for large-scale migrations.
Own executive reporting and steering committee communication to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-vendor, and multi-site programs.
Strong understanding of AEMaaCS / Cloud-first delivery in combination with custom/3rd party APIs and microservices.
Proven experience with large-scale platform migrations and organizational operating model changes.
Solid experience with Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business and IT environments.
Ability to define clear scope and success criteria validated at the executive level.
Focused on performance metrics, such as migration throughput, cost optimization, and platform stability.
Fluent in English.
