About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct business-area specific analyses for migrations and oversee content rationalization.
- Convert business requirements into functional input for the platform team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate content testing.
- Facilitate adoption and change management, providing training for business content authors.
- Secure business UAT sign-off during pilot phases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep understanding of digital content and authoring workflows.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring.
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is essential.
