About the role
- Continuous monitoring of digital performance, assessing key metrics and KPIs across paid media channels (SEM, social media ads, video and display) to gauge the effectiveness of each campaign
- Working closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into robust digital strategies, defining audience segmentation, conversion goals and channel mix
- Making ongoing adjustments based on real-time data and accumulated insights, with a view to maximising the ROI and operational efficiency of campaigns
- Management and control of the digital marketing budget, ensuring the intelligent and agile allocation of resources across different channels and market opportunities
- Preparation of regular performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent
- Solid experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or similar)
- Analytical ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate them into strategy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations with partners and business teams
- Experience in budget management and media planning
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
