About the role

  • Designing the end-to-end architecture of digital products, identifying building blocks and ensuring seamless integration between Python backends and React.JS/Vue.JS frontends
  • Acting as the ultimate technical decision-maker, unblocking developers and resolving complex technical challenges across the studio's projects
  • Gathering functional/technical requirements and reflecting them in robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures (Cloud and On-Premises)
  • Delegating technical tasks, reviewing code constructively, and ensuring the correct implementation of features during release cycles
  • Validating technical feasibility and identifying technical risks, forming contingency plans as soon as possible
  • Liaising with team members, POs, and PLs to align different technologies and concepts into a single cohesive technical design
  • Supporting junior/mid-level elements' learning, promoting code reuse, and enforcing CI/CD and DevOps standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Fullstack software development (Python + React/Vue)
  • 2/3 years of proven experience in tech leadership, solution architecture, or similar roles guiding technical teams
  • Consolidated experience with Cloud environments and CI/CD implementations
  • Experience designing the architecture of digital products and technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep understanding of technical concepts essential for agile development, such as repository control (Git), automated testing, and DevOps
  • Ability to align different technologies into one single technical design and apply the right design patterns for the challenge
  • Solution-oriented mindset, able to write excellent technical documentation
  • Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
