About the role
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality to meet specific business needs in the energy and resources sector
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services
- Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to enhance business processes
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server (plus)
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
- Experience in the energy and resources sector (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
