About the role

  • Devoteam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for our Microsoft Business Unit to coordinate and execute our marketing initiatives in France to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • This role is based in France and will collaborate virtually with marketers in other countries as part of an international team.
  • The Marketing Manager will be part of Devoteam’s internal marketing agency and will work closely with the Microsoft Business Unit Director and the Sales team in France (M Cloud France).
  • You will play a key role in executing, coordinating, and optimizing comprehensive marketing activities and lead-generation assets in close collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Ensure the quality of delivered assets.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal marketing agency teams (Content, Creative & Brand, and Digital) on asset production.
  • Report to relevant stakeholders on the impact of marketing actions and achievement of business goals, demonstrating ROI.
  • Participate in go-to-market programs that provide co-funding for specific marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing with strong knowledge of digital marketing, event management, sales enablement, social media, data automation, and content creation
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Familiarity with marketing performance reporting
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud hyperscaler services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools to collaborate with Sales for lead generation and mailings (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience working with WordPress to support website assets
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is required
  • Experience with AI tools such as Copilot and Gemini is a plus
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business and marketing stakeholders across departments and to understand their specific needs, context, and challenges
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive campaign success
