About the role
- Develop and retain a portfolio of clients
- Present and promote Devoteam's service offerings
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Oversee the commercial and financial follow-up of your projects
- Contribute to the commercial strategy
- Provide hierarchical management and career development for the consultants in your scope
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Business, Business Engineering or a related field
- 2 to 5 years' prior experience in business development
- Strong knowledge of sales and commercial negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
