About the role
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and understand business requirements.
- Translate requirements into testable use cases and functional scenarios.
- Design, execute, and track functional test cases using Jira and X-RAY.
- Identify defects and support resolution in collaboration with Product Owners and developers.
- Analyze data and process integration across modules to ensure end-to-end consistency.
- Participate and contribute to backlog refinement from a testing perspective.
- Assist in coordinating testing timelines and validating deliverables in hybrid (agile + waterfall) environment.
Requirements
- Academic or professional background in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) or related fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in functional testing and software validation, ideally within hybrid environments.
- Experience in functional testing and software validation.
- Basic knowledge of Jira and familiarity with testing module X- RAY (training and support available).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders (minimum B2 English level).
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Willingness to learn and grow in testing methodologies and QA practices.
