About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for completing the final 40% of the Neon platform.
Your mission is to transform high-fidelity Figma designs into a functional, data-driven user experience.
You will bridge the gap between our complex financial backend and the end-user.
Build the onboarding flows for financial data and ensure that AI-generated insights are presented clearly through interactive dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Full-stack or Front-End development.
Extensive experience with React or Next.js, specifically building modular components and managing complex application states.
Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive design to match existing Figma prototypes.
Experience with integrating third-party financial widgets, specifically Plaid Link or Codat/Railz.
Proven ability to consume REST APIs and handle asynchronous data flows effectively.
Strong proficiency in data visualization libraries like Recharts or Chart.js to display financial trends.
Excellent attention to detail regarding UI/UX polish, including error handling and smooth transitions.
Ability to work within an existing codebase (Java Spring Boot/PostgreSQL/Azure) alongside a Senior Backend Engineer.
Advanced English level to collaborate in a high-growth, technical environment.
