About the role

  • You will work with an agile team on an existing system with a focus on backend development in accounting.
  • Implement new user stories
  • Extend existing functionality
  • Develop new microservices (Java, Spring Boot)
  • Work on the frontend (React, approx. 30%)
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Developer testing as well as unit and integration tests

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Experience with React for frontend development
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS
  • Experience working in Scrum
  • Fluent German, written and spoken, is required (deal-breaker)
  • Residence in Austria is required (regardless of nationality)
