About the role
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across internal stakeholders and vendors
- Track tasks, milestones, and risks; follow up on action items to keep work moving
- Create and maintain project documentation (meeting notes, status reports, project plans, change logs)
- Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and communicate updates to the team
- Help ensure projects stay aligned to scope, timeline, and quality expectations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic proficiency with common productivity tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, calendars)
- Exposure to IT projects and/or construction projects (not required)
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
- Internship, coursework, or prior experience supporting projects in any industry
