About the role
- You actively convey your DevSecOps knowledge to participants in our DevSecOps course.
- You answer their questions when problems arise, host live calls on DevSecOps topics, and provide personal support during their professional development.
- Create, manage, and monitor the entire infrastructure of our learning environments, including automated provisioning of infrastructure for course participants (VMs, FTP servers, etc.).
- You develop software solutions together with the development team.
- Build and operate infrastructure pipelines for automated, scalable testing—both for internal software and for participants' practical projects.
- Automate development processes and design them secure by default—security is not optional but part of the foundation of all our tools and processes.
Requirements
- Experience designing security concepts and implementing them in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud or similar cloud providers; experience with Hetzner is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with GitHub and building as well as maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications, including infrastructure provisioning for development and production environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Familiarity with core concepts of agile software development and an understanding of how frontend frameworks interact with backend systems.
- Ideally you have full-stack programming skills, preferably JavaScript, Python, and Django.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers and team members.
- A good sense for people and the ability to work with different personality types and professional backgrounds.
- Very good written and spoken German skills.
