Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting
  • Solid understanding of software development company functioning
  • Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements professionally with potential candidates
  • Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment process
  • Wide network and good understanding of local IT community
  • Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, self-motivation ability
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho, Applicant Pro, etc.)
  • Experience with various recruiting process automation tools
  • Experience with Google Suite and Jira.
