About the role

  • Call and qualify inbound leads generated from Facebook opt-ins
  • Dial outbound lead lists provided by the team and run structured follow-up sequences
  • Stay on top of scheduled callbacks, reminders, and no-shows to maximize booked meetings
  • Qualify leads at a basic level (fit, timing, intent) and route them to booked calls
  • Maintain clean activity notes and lead status updates so the pipeline stays organized
  • Communicate clearly with the sales lead on progress, blockers, and lead quality trends

Requirements

  • Strong English speaking ability with clear phone presence
  • Experience in an SDR / appointment-setting role (or comparable outbound calling experience)
  • Comfort with high call volume, consistent follow-up, and working a defined daily cadence
  • Basic technical aptitude (enough to understand and communicate simple concepts such as authentication/login flows, signing into an app with Google/email/password, etc.)
  • Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
  • Experience working within Slack and joining team meetings as a true team member (not a gig/freelance style engagement)
  • Familiarity with the U.S. business landscape, including key industry events and networking opportunities (desirable)
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot for managing customer interactions, records, and follow-ups (desirable)
